HEALTH GUARANTEE
Health Guarantee
Our commitment to the well-being of our birds and the peace of mind of our clients. We stand behind every parrot we raise.
Complete Health Certification
We guarantee that there are no symptoms of disease or parasites at the time of sale and that our birds are completely healthy. This is the foundation of our 16-year reputation in avian excellence.
The 72-Hour Limited Warranty
All birds come with a 72-hour limited health guarantee. If your avian veterinarian performs a health examination within this period and discovers a problem that cannot be cured or is too costly to cure, we will replace the bird or provide a full refund.
Once a bird leaves our home, conditions are beyond our control. This is why we mandate a 72-hour window for independent verification.
In Case of Emergency
Immediate Actions
In the unlikely event of death within 72 hours, the bird's body must be refrigerated (not frozen) in a sealed bag and delivered to a qualified avian vet within 12 hours for a necropsy to determine the cause of death.
Required Documentation
Any claim must be accompanied by a letter from a licensed avian vet on official letterhead with their rubber stamp seal. This report must explicitly reference the bird’s identification band number and species.
Seller Responsibilities
It is understood that the Seller will in no way be responsible for any veterinarian medical bills, including charges for a necropsy, or refund of any shipping charges.
Leg Band Policy
CRITICAL: If the leg band is removed from the bird, the Health Guarantee is null and void. The veterinarian must reference the band number when explaining any disease or cause of death.
If necropsy proves beyond doubt that death occurred from problems originating prior to the sale, a replacement baby will be offered from the next available clutch of the original species.
Conditions That Void Warranty
To maintain the validity of this guarantee, the following requirements must be followed strictly. Failure to do so renders all health guarantees null and void.
01. Immediate Quarantine
The bird must be quarantined away from all other birds. An examination by an Avian Certified Veterinarian must be performed within 24 hours of taking possession.
02. Environmental History
If you currently have birds or have had birds in the same environment within the past year, you must provide documentation of their health history. Viruses can remain in an environment for many months.
Education & Future
"We look forward to a great future as we continue to educate the public about these beautiful creatures and ensure they live the longest, healthiest lives possible."
