Meet Benny

Benny is an energetic 7-month-old male African Grey. He has been hand-reared in our facility and is already showing a lot of vocal potential. African Greys are known for their ability to repeat sounds and words after hearing them only once or twice, and Benny is no exception. He is ready for a home that will continue his training.

Temperament and Socialization

Benny is a curious and active bird who loves to explore his environment. While he values his independence, he is also very social with his humans. Like all Greys, Benny is a creature of habit and appreciates a consistent routine. He is at the ideal age for bonding and will likely become a very loyal ‘one-person bird’ if given the chance.

Housing and Well-being

Benny needs a large cage with plenty of room for his toys. Placing his cage in a corner will help him feel secure as he watches the household activities.
